Copyright Policy
Everything Black respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our services to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available through our services infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may send a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address
- Consent to jurisdiction of federal court in your district
- Agreement to accept service of process from the complaining party
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Everything Black has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our services and/or terminate accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.
Modifications
Everything Black reserves the right to modify, alter, or add to this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
Good Faith
Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability under the DMCA.
