4. Business Directory Listings

For businesses submitting to our directory:

• You must be authorized to represent the business

• Businesses must be at least 51% Black-owned
• We reserve the right to verify and approve all submissions

You may not use our services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful or malicious content
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with service operations

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Everything Black are owned by Intellifemme and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Web3 and Cryptocurrency

Use of Web3 features and cryptocurrency functionality is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any losses related to blockchain transactions or wallet security.
